Authentic Goes to NYFW: Hervé Léger, Allen Iverson, Barneys New York and More
From highly anticipated runway debuts to exclusive after parties, Authentic’s brands made headlines at this year’s New York Fashion Week, one of the biggest semi-annual fashion stages in the world. Winnie Harlow, Quinta Brunson and Camille Kostek were among the A-listers spotted with Judith Leiber’s iconic minaudières, while Allen Iverson memorably presented his collection with Black-owned label Actively Black.
The event also marked a first for Hervé Léger creative director Michelle Ochs, who debuted her introductory collection for the brand, as well as Forever 21 and Barneys New York, which hosted a launch party to celebrate their limited-edition collection.
Celebrities such as Winnie Harlow, Quinta Brunson and Camille Kostek were among those spotted carrying Judith Leiber‘s iconic minaudières out and about in the city.

Michelle Ochs Debuts First Collection for Hervé Léger
Hervé Léger’s new creative director, Michelle Ochs, debuted her first collection for the brand at New York Fashion Week, offering a refreshing twist on the tried-and-true bandage dress. Ochs added movement and fluidity to the centerpiece of the collection, while focusing on comfort and celebrating the female form.
Allen Iverson and Muhammad Ali Take On New York Fashion Week
Black-owned athleisure brand Actively Black participated in this year’s New York Fashion Week, highlighting its recent collaborations with Allen Iverson and Muhammad Ali. The basketball legend also took the stage to debut his collection with the brand during its “The Black Mixtape: Volume 2” runway show at Sony Hall.
Barneys New York and Forever 21 Unveil Collection at Launch Event
To celebrate the launch of their limited-edition collection, Barneys New York and Forever 21 invited influencers, media and stylists to an exclusive event hosted at new-age spa Chillhouse. Special guests including Audrey Trullinger, Remi Bader and Lauren Tiby were treated to manicures, makeovers and other self-care activities.
